Brunswick Mines and Mining Co., Ltd. started mining ore from No. 12 (Pb-Zn steel) about 27.35km (17 miles) southwest of Ruther Bathurst since 1964 to design Nissan Ore 4100t. Today, daily output has reached 10500t. Brunswick has been using a variety of incentives since the mine was put into production. The early reward system was “applied” based on the systems implemented by other mines and later wanted to be consistent with the actual work g, often based on the actual workload to get the reasonable result. According to this line of thinking, learn from some of the other companies essential experience, Brunswick companies put forward a set of their own principles and parameters.
