用分离分析方法来计算汇率升值对出口额的弹性,并以此计算2005-2009年各年的人民币汇率升值对浙江20种主要出口商品的弹性,结论:(1)人民币汇率升值抑制浙江的出口,而且人民币汇率升值越大,出口额的减少越大;(2)浙江出口发展越快,人民币汇率升值抑制出口越大;(3)人民币汇率升值对稳定出口商品的影响较小;(4)出口退税政策对人民币汇率升值具有直接的影响。
Using the method of separation and analysis to calculate the elasticity of exchange rate appreciation against exports, we calculate the elasticity of RMB exchange rate appreciation in 2005-2009 to Zhejiang’s 20 major export commodities. Conclusions: (1) RMB exchange rate appreciation restrains the export of Zhejiang , And the greater the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate, the greater the decrease of the export volume; (2) The faster the export of Zhejiang develops, the greater the suppression of the RMB exchange rate appreciation. (3) The effect of RMB exchange rate appreciation on stable export commodities is small. (4) Export tax rebate policy has a direct impact on RMB exchange rate appreciation.
