目的 了解电化学治疗对大鼠种植型肝癌外周血细胞因子表达水平的影响。方法 应用免疫试剂盒检测荷瘤大鼠电化学治疗前后外周血IL 2、sIL 2R、IL 6、TNF α表达水平的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 荷瘤大鼠电化学治疗前IL 2水平呈低表达 ,sIL 2R、IL 6、TNF α则高表达 ,与正常大鼠比较差异显著。电化学治疗后 ,与同期荷瘤大鼠对照组比较 ,IL 2表达水平升高 ,sIL 2R、IL 6、TNF α表达水平下降。结论 肿瘤负荷可导致大鼠细胞因子表达紊乱 ,电化学治疗可改善和纠正机体免疫紊乱 ,增强大鼠免疫力。
Objective To investigate the effect of electrochemical treatment on the expression of cytokines in peripheral blood of implanted hepatocellular carcinoma in rats. Methods The expression of IL-2, sIL 2R, IL-6 and TNF-α in peripheral blood of tumor-bearing rats before and after chemotherapy were detected by immunoassay kit and compared with the control group. Results The level of IL-2 in tumor-bearing rats was low before electrochemotherapy. The levels of sIL 2R, IL-6 and TNF-α in tumor-bearing rats were significantly higher than those in normal rats. Compared with the control group, the expression of IL-2 and the expression of sIL 2R, IL-6 and TNF-α decreased after electrochemical treatment. Conclusion Tumor burden can lead to the disorder of cytokine expression in rats. Electrochemical treatment can improve and correct the immune disorder and enhance the immunity of rats.
