伴随国内经济的飞快发展,国内建筑项目工程逐步庞大,周期逐步变长,技术难度较高,涉及到的行业和企业较多。文章首先研究了BIM技术优势,给出BIM技术应用特征,数据模型三维化模式和全局化协调数据模型。并给出BIM技术优点,便捷化和全局电力设计效果,3D技术技术建模和数据共享。进而给出BIM技术的建筑电力设计,研究照明设计运用,BIM技术下的电力建模和施工建筑工程成本研究。最后给出建筑电力设计中的运用研究,全局把控策略和数据重建模式,以及保证设计图纸的可操作性和各环节配合方法。
With the rapid development of the domestic economy, domestic construction projects are gradually expanding in size, the cycle is gradually getting longer, the technical difficulty is higher, and there are more industries and enterprises involved. The article first studies the advantages of BIM technology, gives the application characteristics of BIM technology, data model three-dimensional model and the global coordination data model. And gives the advantages of BIM technology, convenience and global power design effect, 3D technology modeling and data sharing. Furthermore, the author gives the research on the architectural power design of BIM technology, the research on lighting design and application, the power modeling under BIM technology and the construction engineering cost. Finally, the research on the application of building electric power design, the overall control strategy and data reconstruction mode are given, and the operability of the design drawings and the methods of each link are given.
