低频低噪声型运放实现了低失调电压,低漂移、低噪声、宽带等综合优良性能,不仅可用于精密仪器,ADC、DAC系统,而且也可以作为红外前放。从低噪声运放结构和工艺特点来看,双极型目前仍是主流。CMOS工艺制成的线性电路发展也很迅速,使商用运放在1KHz下输入噪声电压达到30 nV/(Hz)~(1/2)的水平。其工作电压低、输入偏置电流低、失调电流低的优点尤为明显。单管组合式红外前放结构复杂,体积大,综合性能较差,稳定可靠性也难以保证。单片集成运放或混合微模组件式运放,可实现高性能、多元化、高可靠。由于这些产品用途广,易于大批生产,因而有较高的性能/价格比。
Low-frequency low-noise op amp to achieve low offset voltage, low drift, low noise, broadband and other comprehensive excellent performance, not only for precision instruments, ADC, DAC system, but also can be used as infrared preamp. From the low-noise op amp structure and process characteristics, bipolar is still the mainstream. The linear circuit made of CMOS technology is also developing very fast, allowing commercial op amps to input noise voltages up to 30 nV / (Hz) ~ (1/2) at 1KHz. Its working voltage is low, the input bias current is low, the advantages of low offset current is particularly evident. Single-tube combined infrared preamp structure is complex, bulky, poor overall performance, stability and reliability is difficult to guarantee. Monolithic integrated op amp or mixed-mode op amps provide high performance, versatility and reliability. Because of their wide range of uses, they are easy to mass produce and therefore have higher performance / price ratios.
