在课程改革启动之初,曾有不少人担忧:课程改革在农村,特别是在西部相对落后的贫困地区能不能搞得起来?可以说,这种担忧,今天也仍然存在。但是,当国家级课程改革实验区走过七个年头之后,我们发现当年大家无比担忧的农村地区,如今很多已经趟出了自己的课改之路,取得了令人瞩目的成果。这些实验区的具体情况各有不同,但是在课程改革上他们却有着两个重要的共同点:第一,坚持课改,全情投入;第二,因地制宜,扎实推进。现在,他们正在总结经验教训,并准备向更高的目标迈进。为获得更加具体、鲜活的事例,本刊走访了黑龙江宁安和宁夏灵武两地,当年的国家级课程改革实验区,用大量喜人的事实让我们感受到了课程改革正在给当地的基础教育带来本质的变化。
At the beginning of the curriculum reform, there were many people who were concerned that curriculum reforms could not be made in rural areas, especially in relatively poor areas in the west.
