首钢机械厂是为首钢公司炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等厂矿提供备品备件设备的附属工厂。全厂职工2951人,其中工人2497人,干部302人,后勤152人。1968年以后入厂的35岁以下工人1800人,属于文化补课对象的1533人,属于技术补课对象的1366人。几年来,在首钢公司的关心支持下,我厂认真贯彻了中共中央8号文件的精神,积极开展职工的文化、技术教育,入学率由1977年的10%,上升到1981年的71%。特别是从党的十一届三中全会以来,我厂认真贯彻了首钢公司以承包为中心的经济责任制,进一步推动了职工技术培训工作,主要坚持了“一个制度”“三个服务”“多种形式”“一个重点”。下面简要汇报我们的做法和体会。

Over the past few years, with the concern and support of Shougang Corporation, our factory conscientiously implemented the spirit of document No. 8 of the CPC Central Committee and actively carried out cultural and technical education for its employees. The enrollment rate increased from 10% in 1977 to 71% in 1981. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our factory has conscientiously implemented the contract-centered economic responsibility system of Shougang Corporation and further promoted the technical training of workers and staffs. We have adhered to the principle of “one system”, “three services” and “ Many forms ”“ a focus. ” Here’s a brief report of our practices and experiences.
