利用一维及二维核磁共振 (2DNMR)技术 ,如 gCOSY ,对合成的 2个 [Co(bamp) (cmen)Cl]2 + (bamp =2 ,6 -二胺基甲基吡啶 ;cmen =1,2 -二胺基丙烷 )经式异构体在溶液中的结构进行了解析。由于三元胺中吡啶环的磁屏蔽效应 ,对合成得到的 2异构体的指认可依据二元胺中的 2对伯胺质子化学位移的大小 ,而这 2对伯胺质子的归属可从 gCOSY谱中各质子的相互作用及其逻辑关系得到。结构解析与柱色层方法分离出的 2带配合物对照的结果是 :第一带为m2 ;第二带为m1。
The synthesis of 2 [Co (bamp) (cmen) Cl] 2 + (bamp = 2, 6-diaminomethyl picoline; cmen = 1 with 1 and 2 nm NMR) , 2 - diaminopropane) structure of the isomer in solution. Due to the magnetic shielding effect of the pyridine ring in the triamine, the identification of the synthesized 2 isomer may depend on the size of the chemical shifts of two pairs of primary amine protons in the diamine, and the assignment of the two pairs of primary amine protons may be derived from gCOSY spectra of protons in the interaction and its logical relationship. The results of the comparison of the two-band complex isolated by structural analysis and column chromatography are: first band is m2; second band is m1.
