本文从花青苷的结构、生物合成过程、种性(遗传育种)和环境因子及相应的栽培措施等方面综述了目前对苹果果实着色机理和影响因素的研究状况。
In this paper, the research status of apple fruit coloration mechanism and influencing factors are summarized from the aspects of anthocyanin structure, biosynthesis process, species (genetic breeding) and environmental factors and corresponding cultivation measures.
