目的 :了解水中臭氧杀灭微生物及 HBs Ag试验效果。方法 :用多功能臭氧消毒器产生的臭氧 ,参考消毒技术规范 ,进行悬液法定量杀菌试验及 HBs Ag破坏试验。结果 :该机器对 10 0 0 ml含大肠杆菌的蒸馏水和天然黄河水分别作用0 .5 m in、 30 min,平均杀灭率分别为 99.96 %、 99.75 %。该机器处理 2 0 0 m l的蒸馏水 10 m in后形成的臭氧水对 HBs AG作用 4 0 m in,可以有效地破坏 HBs Ag。结论 :臭氧用于杀菌水中大肠杆菌效果较好 ,但对于含有杂质的水及 HBs Ag消毒效果较差
Objectives: To understand the effect of ozone in killing microbes and HBs Ag in water. Methods: The multi-functional ozone disinfection ozone, reference disinfection technical specifications, the quantitative suspension method suspension test and HBsAg destruction test. Results: The average killing rate of the machine was 99.56% and 99.75% for 100 ml Escherichia coli-containing distilled water and natural yellow water respectively for 0.55 min and 30 min. The ozone water formed after 10 mins of distilled water treated with 200 mℓ of this machine exerted 40 min on HBs AG, which can effectively destroy HBsAg. Conclusion: Ozone is effective in bactericidal E. coli but less effective in disinfecting water and HBsAg
