目的:了解新疆生产建设兵团综合性医院普通病房护理工作量及护理人力资源配置状况,为合理配置护理人员提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法和日工作量自填法。结果:目前兵团二级及三级医院的护理人员中,以汉族为主,占92.8%,年龄结构较低,护龄较短,学历以大专居多,职称水平相对较低。81%的医院存在护士缺编情况,护士在岗人数占护士在编总人数的76%,平均医护比为1:1.28。各医院普通病房实际平均床护比为1:0.35,最低的仅1:0.22。结论:建议适当增加病区护士编制人数,优化人才配置结构,最大限度地发挥人才智慧和潜能,提高护理质量与效率,才能适应社会发展的需求。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the workload of nursing care and the allocation of nursing human resources in General Ward of General Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to provide the basis for the rational allocation of nursing staff. Methods: Questionnaire and daily work load self-filling method. Results: At present, the majority of nursing staff at the second and third level hospitals of the Corps are Han nationality, accounting for 92.8% of the total. The age structure is lower, the age of nursing is shorter, the education level is higher, and the title level is relatively low. Eighty-one percent of hospitals have a shortage of nurses. Nurses occupy 76% of the total number of nurses in the workforce, with an average medical-care ratio of 1: 1.28. The average hospital ward general average protection ratio of 1: 0.35, the lowest only 1: 0.22. Conclusion: It is suggested that the number of nurses in Ward should be appropriately increased, the structure of talent allocation should be optimized, the wisdom and potential of talents should be maximized, the quality and efficiency of nursing should be improved, so as to meet the needs of social development.
