日本经济奇迹举世瞩目。中国综合开发研究院(深圳)不久前在深圳举办的“综合商社与跨国公司高级研讨班”集中探讨和研究了“日本经济动物的根源”——综合商社,通过这种探讨,展现了一个工业化后发国为了生存和发展而表现出来的智慧和自强精神,为我们提供了很好的借鉴。一、日本综合商社产生的背景及其发展条件日本的综合商社,发轫于明治前期,但直至第二次世界大战以后,才成为促使日本经济发展的一支主要力量。目前在日本被称为综合商社的通常指下列9家公司:三井物产、三菱商事、伊藤忠商事、丸红、住友商事、日棉、东棉、兼松江商、日商岩井。这些商社都是在战后特殊时代背景下产生的经济组织。
