塘坝工程是山丘区重要的小型农田水利设施,不但是农村人畜饮水和灌溉的重要水源,还能够有效提高地表水的利用率,防止水土流失,减少洪涝灾害。但是由于其容积较小,工程分散,长期疏于管理,得不到足够的重视,导致大部分塘坝几乎丧失了防洪保安的作用。根据本次调查结果,对目前塘坝工程存在的问题进行了合理分析和深入研究,提出了加强和规范塘坝工程管理模式的措施和建议。
The dam dam project is an important small farmland water conservancy facilities in the hill area. It not only serves as an important water source for rural people and livestock to drink water and irrigate, but also effectively improves the utilization rate of surface water, prevents soil erosion and reduces flooding. However, due to its small volume, scattered works and neglect of management over the years, it lacks sufficient attention and most of the dam has almost lost its role of flood control and security. According to the results of this survey, the problems existing in the current dam project are analyzed and studied in depth, and measures and suggestions for strengthening and standardizing the dam project management mode are put forward.
