动物模型对于抗EV71药物和疫苗的研发非常重要。我国目前的EV71小鼠模型大多采用1日龄乳鼠,因年龄太小进行抗病毒实验操作难度较大,给药途径和给药容量明显受限。在12~14日龄乳鼠上连续5代适应EV71毒株,成功建立了2周龄BALB/c小鼠的EV71模型,并且采用细胞病变(CPE)法滴定了小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、小肠、脑和肌肉组织的EV71病毒滴度。该模型采用的EV71病毒株是我国最早分离到的病毒株,动物采用的是2周龄的小鼠,对我国目前建立的EV71动物模型是个补充,可以更好地服务于我国抗EV71药物和疫苗的研发。
Animal models are important for the development of anti-EV71 drugs and vaccines. Most current EV71 mouse models in our country adopt 1-day-old suckling mice. Because of being too young, it is very difficult to conduct antiviral experiments and the route of administration and administration capacity are obviously limited. The EV71 model of 2-week-old BALB / c mice was successfully established in 12-to-14-day-old suckling mice for 5 consecutive generations and the titer of heart, liver, spleen, EV71 virus titers in lung, kidney, small intestine, brain and muscle tissue. The model EV71 virus strain is the earliest isolated virus strain in China. The animals used 2-week-old mice, which are complementary to the current EV71 animal model established in our country, which can better serve the anti-EV71 drugs and vaccines in our country R & D.
