在总结科技期刊中利益冲突行为特征的基础上,结合国内外出版界利益冲突的典型案例分析,阐述作者、审稿人和编辑在应对利益冲突时应该履行的责任。借鉴美国科学编辑理事会关于利益冲突问题的政策和措施,提出了防范利益冲突的若干对策,认为国内科技期刊应该重视并妥善处理利益冲突问题,公开、监控利益冲突及注重阴性结果的发表是有效规避利益冲突的重要举措。
On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of conflicts of interest in sci-tech periodicals and combining with the typical case analysis of conflicts of interest at home and abroad, the authors, reviewers and editors explain the responsibilities that authors, referees and editors should meet in the conflict of interest. Based on the policies and measures of the American Council of Scientific Editors on conflicts of interest, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent conflicts of interests. It holds that domestic sci-tech periodicals should pay attention to and properly deal with conflicts of interest issue. Publicity, monitoring of conflicts of interest and focusing on publication of negative results are effective Avoid important conflicts of interest.
