我省新3000吨/年小氮肥厂,绝大部分使用Z4.7—8/150型氮氢气压缩机(以下简称Z型机),变换、碳化系统亦是按Z型机Ⅱ级出口压力为6.5kgf/cm~2设计的。但由于本机设计不合理和工艺操作等问题,Ⅱ级出口超压越来越严重(最高出口压力达11kgf/cm~2),致使碳化、变换设备处于严重超压运转的状态,这不仅严重危及安全,而且也大大影响了生产。按省化工厅指示,我院着手解决Z型机Ⅱ级出口超压问题。
