律师作为中国法律人的重要组成部分,先进的律师文化建设就成为我国新时期下构建律师文化体系的战略任务。律师行业的行为观、道德观、真理观和价值取向在新形势下从意识形态观念定位是非常必要的。本文从律师文化构成的基本元素——即伦理道德、规则、功能与效应等方面来编制律师文化的内容,形成律师文化的理论体系,它将对律师行业规范化引导具有十分深远的意义。
As an important part of the legal person in China, lawyer as the advanced legal culture has become the strategic task of building a lawyer’s cultural system in the new era of our country. In the new situation, the lawyer’s behavior, morality, truth and value orientation are very necessary from the ideological notion. Based on the basic elements of lawyer’s culture, that is, ethics, rules, functions and effects, this article compiles the content of lawyer’s culture and forms the theoretical system of lawyer’s culture. It will have far-reaching significance for the standardization of lawyers’ profession.
