在船舶配载0/1规划模型中,同时将港机在各船舱的作业分配作为决策变量,以最短装船时间为目标,联合优化船舶配载和港机分配问题,并考虑了仓库发货能力的约束,从而实现出厂物流的整体优化。由于散货的摆放规则使得高度和宽度得到限制,只需计算占用长度来满足配载舱容约束,因此可将三维装箱问题简化为一维问题,消除了0/1规划模型中的非线性约束,利于快速求解。最后以各舱开始配载时间为基准计算出仓库发货时间和车辆调度任务。
