冲击激励是齿轮内部动态激励的重要组成部分,直接影响着机器的加工精度与使用寿命。断齿故障在齿轮故障中占据着较高的比重,因而研究断齿故障齿轮的冲击激励很重要。影响冲击激励的因素很多,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对断齿齿轮进行动力学仿真,定性地分析了转速和断齿的齿数对冲击激励的影响。
Impact excitation is an important part of the internal dynamic excitation gear, a direct impact on the machining accuracy and service life. The broken tooth fault occupies a higher proportion in the gear failure, so it is very important to study the impact excitation of broken tooth fault gear. There are many factors that affect the impact excitation. The dynamic simulation of the broken tooth gear is carried out by ANSYS / LS-DYNA software. The influence of the rotational speed and the number of teeth on the impact excitation is qualitatively analyzed.
