目的对一起由韦太夫雷登沙门菌引起的食物中毒所分离的菌株进行DNA指纹图谱分析。方法对东莞市发生的一起由食物中毒事件中采集的12份样本(6份患者肛拭子及6份食物)进行病原菌分离鉴定,并采用以rep-PCR为原理的Diversi Lab系统对分离菌株进行分子分型,对DNA指纹图谱进行分析。结果 12份样本分离出8株韦太夫雷登沙门菌;rep-PCR DNA指纹图谱结果显示8株菌之间相似度为95.6%~99.7%,聚类分析相似度≥97%。结论 8株韦太夫雷登沙门菌的DNA指纹图谱具有高度的相似性,确认这是一起由食用了受同一来源的韦太夫雷登沙门菌污染的食物后引起的食物中毒。
Objective To characterize the DNA fingerprinting of strains isolated from food poisoning caused by Salmonella Wetterwort. Methods Twelve samples (6 samples of anal swabs and 6 foods) collected from food poisoning in Dongguan were isolated and identified by pathogenic bacteria. The isolates were isolated by Diversi Lab system based on rep-PCR Molecular typing, DNA fingerprinting analysis. Results Eight strains of Salmonella typhimurium isolated from eight samples. The results of rep-PCR DNA fingerprinting showed that the similarity of eight strains was 95.6% -99.7%, and the similarity of cluster analysis was ≥97%. Conclusions DNA fingerprinting of eight strains of V. veterciffei is highly similar and confirmed to be caused by food poisoning caused by eating contaminated food with the same source of.
