一、航空科技成果转化工作的现状 最近,我们对航空工业系统1978～1990年获部级科学技术进步奖的2000多项成果进行了统计,按应用程度可分四种情况。 (一)已推广的应用成果 该类成果是指一项科技成果经过推广已在3个单位以上(含3个)应用的科技成果,民品成果中具备批生产能力已大量销售产品的项目也列入其中,占获奖总数的14％。这类成果的特点:一是比较简单,投入比较少,
