目的观察壳聚糖及其衍生物对肝癌细胞SMMC7721的生长抑制作用。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法研究了不同浓度水溶性壳聚糖、磺化壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖和壳寡糖对肝癌细胞株SMMC7721的生长抑制作用。结果在4种不同壳聚糖及其衍生物中,水溶性壳聚糖和磺化壳聚糖可显著抑制肝癌细胞的生长,并在一定范围内(50~400 mg/L)呈剂量依赖关系,其中以磺化壳聚糖最为显著,羧甲基壳聚糖和壳寡糖对肝癌细胞无生长抑制作用。结论壳聚糖及其衍生物可抑制肝癌细胞的生长,并且呈剂量依赖关系。
Objective To observe the growth inhibitory effect of chitosan and its derivatives on hepatoma SMMC7721 cells. Methods The inhibitory effects of water-soluble chitosan, sulfonated chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan and chitooligosaccharides on the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC7721 were studied by MTT assay. Results Among the four kinds of chitosan and its derivatives, water-soluble chitosan and sulfonated chitosan could significantly inhibit the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in a dose-dependent manner (50-400 mg / L) , Of which sulfonated chitosan the most significant, carboxymethyl chitosan and chitooligosaccharides on the growth of liver cancer cells without inhibition. Conclusion Chitosan and its derivatives can inhibit the growth of hepatoma cells in a dose-dependent manner.
