液力变速器作为内燃叉车的重要传动机构,其噪声水平是衡量内燃叉车质量的重要指标之一。要降低液力变速器的噪声,首先必须对其主要噪声源进行识别。采用声强测量法对一台内燃叉车液力变速器的噪声源进行表面辐射噪声测量,通过分析等声强线图和三维声强图,对影响液力变速器的主要噪声源进行排序,找出了液力变速器的主要噪声源,为降低该系列内燃叉车变速器的表面辐射噪声提供了有效依据,对提升叉车整车品质具有重要的意义。
As an important transmission mechanism of internal combustion forklift, hydraulic transmission is one of the most important indicators to measure the quality of internal combustion forklift. To reduce the noise of a hydrodynamic transmission, it must first identify its primary source of noise. Sound intensity measurement is used to measure the surface radiation noise of the noise source of hydraulic transmission of an internal combustion forklift. The main noise sources influencing hydrodynamic transmission are sorted by the analysis of isobologram and three-dimensional sound intensity map. The main noise source of the hydrodynamic transmission provides an effective basis for reducing the surface radiated noise of the series of internal combustion forklift transmissions, which is of great significance to improving the quality of the entire truck.
