《激光与红外》与读者见面已有十五年的历史。1976年遵照电子工业部的指示,改为激光专业情报网和红外专业情报网的联合网刊至今正好满十年。过去十年也是中国电子学会恢复活动的过程,根据客观需要,网刊也反映了量子电子学与光电子学学术交流活动内容,从而承担了专业网刊和专业学报的双重任务,但它的主旨还是情报交流。十五年来,这个刊物大量介绍了国内外激光技术和红外技术领域的学术、工艺水平和动态,为我国激光与红外科研、生产、教学、使用和市场提供了大量有价值的信息,对我国四化建设做出了重要贡献,这是值得祝贺的。
