羟脯氨酸(Hydroxyproline,HYP)为人体含量最多的胶原蛋白的特有组成氨基酸。机体在正常生理情况下,胶原处于动态平衡状态,尿HYP含量相对恒定。日本佐野晴洋等认为尿HYP的浓度,可作为镉中毒的早期诊断指标,但国内有人通过测定后认为该项指标对镉中毒诊断意义不大。为了阐明机体接镉后尿HYP含量的变化,我们对沈阳市郊镉污染区居民进行了尿HYP的测定,并对这一指标的意义进行了探讨。
Hydroxyproline (HYP) is a unique amino acid that is the most abundant form of collagen in the human body. Body under normal physiological conditions, collagen in a state of dynamic equilibrium, urine HYP content is relatively constant. Japan’s Sano clear ocean that the concentration of urine HYP can be used as an early diagnosis of cadmium poisoning indicators, but some people in the country after the test that the indicators of little significance for the diagnosis of cadmium poisoning. In order to elucidate the changes of urine HYP content in the body after cadmium exposure, we measured the urine HYP of residents in the cadmium-contaminated area of Shenyang suburbs and discussed the significance of this index.
