目的对高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法同时测定香丹注射液中7种丹参酚酸类成分的效果进行分析探讨。方法色谱柱为ThermoODS2柱,流动相为乙腈(A)0.05%磷酸(B),流速为1.0ml/min,波长为280nm。结果经统计发现,香丹注射液中丹参素、咖啡酸、原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、丹参酚酸B、丹参酚酸A、紫草酸在试验范围内存在良好的线性关系,r均>0.9991,精密度均<1%,在48h内存在良好的稳定性,回收率均在98%~103%。结论经高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法对香丹注射液中丹参酚酸类成分进行检测的结果准确可靠,值得关注。
OBJECTIVE To study the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of salvianolic acids in Xiangdan injection by HPLC-diode array. Methods The column was ThermoODS2 column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) 0.05% phosphoric acid (B), the flow rate was 1.0ml / min and the wavelength was 280nm. Results The statistics showed that there was a good linear relationship between Danshensu, caffeic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B, salvianolic acid A and lithosarcoma in Xiangdan injection within the experimental range, r > 0.9991, precision <1%, there is good stability within 48h, the recovery rates were 98% to 103%. Conclusion The results of detection of salvianolic acids in Xiangdan Injection by HPLC-Diode Array Detector are accurate and reliable, which deserves our attention.
