以GJB 770B—2005方法702.1《气体比容压强传感器法》为基础,提出一种推进剂燃烧气体摩尔数的测试方法。利用高压差示扫描量热仪(HPDSC 8270)实验确定了水在不同压强下的汽化温度,通过提高测试工作温度(从室温提高到250℃)使燃烧产物中的水以气相存在,解决了原有测试方法中液体水质量单独测试引入的过程误差;实验中,冷却前后燃烧器中气体摩尔数之差为样品燃烧后气体中水和HCl的摩尔数之和;对于含硼富燃料推进剂,通过测试燃烧生成的水和HCl的摩尔数之和,能够为以实验结果为约束条件的含硼富燃料推进剂热力学计算提供必要的参数支持。
Based on GJB 770B-2005 Method 702.1 “Gas Specific Volume Pressure Sensor Method”, a test method for moles of propellant combustion gas is proposed. The HPDSC 8270 experiment was used to determine the water vaporization temperature under different pressures. The water in the combustion products was vaporized by increasing the working temperature of the test (from room temperature to 250 ℃) There is a test method introduced by the liquid water quality test error; In the experiment, the difference between the number of moles of gas in the burner before and after cooling is the sum of the moles of water and HCl in the sample after combustion; For boron-rich fuel propellant, The sum of the moles of water and HCl produced by the test combustion can provide the necessary parameter support for thermodynamic calculations of boron-rich fuel-rich propellants based on experimental results.
