目的 :测定麝香舒活灵中人参皂苷Rg1含量。方法 :用HPLC法。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1在 10～ 90 μg·ml 1范围内线性良好。平均回收率为 97.44 % ,RSD为 1.2 1% (n =6 )。结论 :方法简便 ,准确。
Objective : To determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Qixianghuilingling. Method : HPLC method. RESULTS: The ginsenoside Rg1 was linear in the range of 10 to 90 μg·ml 1 . The average recovery rate was 97.44% and the RSD was 1.21% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
