采用阴离子可聚合乳化剂(烯丙氧基壬基苯氧基丙醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵)和非离子可聚合乳化剂(聚氧乙烯醚马来酸单十二酯)组成的复合可聚合乳化剂制备出性能优异的无皂丁腈橡胶。结果表明,聚氧乙烯醚马来酸单十二酯的引入可以显著改善NBR的性能,一方面可以提高拉伸强度,另一方面既可提高耐热性又可提高耐寒性。综合考虑,聚氧乙烯醚马来酸单十二酯用量占复合可聚合乳化剂总量的15%时,丁腈橡胶具有较佳性能。
