胸导管是全身最大的淋巴管,起源于腹腔乳糜池,向上穿过膈肌主动脉裂孔进入右侧胸腔,最后汇入左颈静脉角。在机体淋巴液和乳糜液的转运过程中起着非常重要的作用,全身约70%的淋巴液和乳糜液都通过它转运入血。胸导管损伤,轻者可导致水电解质失衡、免疫功能紊乱和营养不良,重者可危及患者的生命。因此,它的临床意义一直以来都是人们研究的热点。经过不懈的探索,近年来对它的结构和功能有了进一步的认识并利用它的功能特点,对其进行改造或者结扎,治愈了许多以往临床上难以治愈的疾病,现将其研究现状综述如下。
Thoracic duct is the largest body of the lymphatic vessels, originated in the peritoneal chylomicrons, up through the aortic orifice of the diaphragm into the right chest, and finally into the left jugular vein angle. In the body lymph and chylous fluid transport process plays a very important role, about 70% of the body’s lymphatic fluid and chylous fluid through it into the blood. Thoracic duct injury, light can lead to water and electrolyte imbalance, immune dysfunction and malnutrition, severe cases can endanger the lives of patients. Therefore, its clinical significance has always been a hot spot for people’s research. After unremitting exploration, in recent years, its structure and function have been further recognized and its functional characteristics, its transformation or ligation, cure many previously difficult to cure diseases, the current status of their research are summarized below .
