为建设高素质工会干部队伍,充分发挥广大工会干部在服务党和国家工作大局,服务科学发展,服务职工群众中的作用,近日,全国总工会制定了《2011—2015年全国工会干部教育培训规划》(以下简称规划)。《规划》共分指导思想、基本原则和工作目标;培训任务和工作要求;加强培训工作的保障措施及重视和加强对培训工作的组织领导等四个部分。《规划》要求,各省级工会根据本规划并结合各地实际制定具体实施意见。各级工会组织部门要及时对本地区、本系统工会干部教育培训工作进行督促检查,确保规划各项任务扎实推进,取得实效。
In order to establish a cadre team of high-quality trade unions and give full play to the role of the vast number of trade union cadres in serving the work of the party and the state as a whole, serving the scientific development and serving the masses of the workers and staff, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has formulated the “2011-2015 National Trade Union Cadre Education and Training Plan ”(Hereinafter referred to as planning). The Plan divides the guiding ideology, basic principles and work objectives into four parts: training tasks and job requirements; strengthening the safeguard measures for training work and emphasizing and strengthening the organizational leadership of the training work. The “Plan” requires that all provincial-level trade unions formulate specific implementation opinions according to this plan and in light of the actual conditions of all places. Trade union organizations at all levels should timely supervise and inspect the education and training of trade union cadres in the region and the system so as to ensure that all tasks in the planning are promoted in a down-to-earth manner and real results are achieved.
