在双反运动中,有不少大字报揭发批評現行技术規程中存有教条主义和保守主义。本文根据实际工作体会对鑽孔簡易水文观测制度提出了意見。我們認为,問题决不限于水文工作,在其他工作中都或多或少的存在类似問題。我們希望各地同志结合实际工作,对現行技术規程中所存在的問題进行揭发,并提出改进意見,以避免和克服由此而产生的一切浪費,促进地質勘探大跃进。
In the anti-vice campaign, many large-character posters have uncovered dogmatism and conservatism in their existing technical regulations. Based on the actual work experiences, this paper put forward some suggestions on the simple hydrological observation system of drilling. In our opinion, the issue is by no means confined to hydrological work, and there are more or less similar problems in other work. We hope that comrades from all over the world will uncover the problems existing in the existing technical regulations and put forward suggestions for improvement in light of practical work so as to avoid and overcome all the waste thus generated and promote the great leap in geological exploration.
