目的:探讨口腔鳞癌(OSCC)组织中垂体肿瘤转移因子(PTTG)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及其与血管生成之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测52例OSCC组织和12例正常口腔黏膜组织中PTTG、bFGF的表达水平,CD34标记血管内皮并计数微血管密度(MVD)。结果:OSCC中PTTG、bFGF表达阳性率分别为65.38%和69.23%,显著高于正常口腔黏膜组织,且与肿瘤临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结是否转移有关(p<0.05)。等级相关分析表明,PTTG、bFGF的表达与MVD呈正相关。结论:PTTG、bFGF和MVD在口腔鳞癌组织中高表达,并与其血管生成及淋巴结转移有密切关系,提示PTTG、bFGF与口腔鳞癌发生、发展及血管生成有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of pituitary tumor metastasis factor (PTTG) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods: The expressions of PTTG and bFGF in 52 OSCC tissues and 12 normal oral mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The vascular endothelial cells were counted by CD34 and microvessel density (MVD) was counted. Results: The positive rates of PTTG and bFGF in OSCC were 65.38% and 69.23%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal oral mucosa tissues (P <0.05). Hierarchical correlation analysis showed that PTTG, bFGF expression was positively correlated with MVD. Conclusion: PTTG, bFGF and MVD are highly expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma and are closely related to their angiogenesis and lymph node metastasis. These results suggest that PTTG and bFGF are associated with the occurrence, development and angiogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
