【摘要】PICC護士分层管理模式以提高护理质量为本。本综述着重从建立置管技术管理流程以及人员培训两个方面进行探讨深入研究层级管理在PICC护理中的应用。结果表明实施分层级管理后护士中心静脉置管技术的知识和技能得到提高，常见并发症的发生率下降，导管穿刺成功率提高，患者的满意度明显提高调动了护士的积极性，从而促进了静脉输液的专业化发展。

Methods: PICC catheter technique for management processes, staff training and other aspects of hierarchical management. Results: The implementation of hierarchical management, the nursing staff of the central venous catheter technical knowledge and skills to be improved catheter. Catheter puncture success rate, decrease the incidence of complications, patient satisfaction was significantly improved, mobilized the enthusiasm of the nurses. Conclusion: The level of management in the care of PICC, PICC catheter to ensure the quality of patient care, and promote the professional development of the intravenous infusion.
