毕业生就业是高校建设和发展中的一项重要工作。针对严峻的就业形势,为及时掌握毕业生的就业状况,了解毕业生就业心理,进一步提高毕业生就业的可持续发展,为就业工作提供依据,本文对无锡职业技术学院机械技术学院2006、2007届毕业生的就业状况进行了调查分析,并对就业工作中存在的问题进行了思考,对学校今后如何更好地做好就业工作提出了思考和建议。
Employment of Graduates is an Important Work in the Construction and Development of Colleges and Universities. In view of the severe employment situation, in order to timely grasp the employment status of graduates, understand the employment mentality of graduates, and further enhance the sustainable development of graduates’ employment, and provide the basis for employment work, this paper gives a brief introduction to the 2006,2007 session of Wuxi Vocational and Technical College The status of graduates’ employment has been investigated and analyzed, and the existing problems in the employment work have been taken into consideration. Some suggestions and suggestions have been put forward on how to do a better job in the future.
