目的探讨腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾分析46例经腹腔镜行肾囊肿去顶减压术患者的临床资料。结果 46例患者行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术,全部治愈,无1例中转开腹。手术时间40～110min,平均60min。住院时间3～5d,平均3.5d。术后无出血、漏尿、感染等并发症发生,仅1例穿刺孔愈合延迟。随访8～12月未见囊肿复发。结论经腹腔镜行肾囊肿去顶减压术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、复发率低等优点,是单纯性肾囊肿较好的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic descending renal cyst on the treatment of renal cysts. Methods Retrospective analysis of 46 cases of laparoscopic renal cyst detubation in patients with clinical data. Results 46 cases of patients underwent laparoscopic renal cyst decompression surgery, all cured, no conversion to laparotomy. Surgery time 40 ~ 110min, an average of 60min. Hospitalization time 3 ~ 5d, an average of 3.5d. Postoperative bleeding, leakage of urine, infection and other complications occurred, only 1 case of delayed healing of the puncture. Follow-up 8 to 12 months no cyst recurrence. Conclusion Laparoscopic renal cyst decompression has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and lower recurrence rate, which is a better treatment for simple renal cysts.
