采用一锅法乳液聚合设计和合成了含UCNPs(上转换纳米颗粒)的纳米凝胶体系。通过对NG(聚合物纳米凝胶)一锅法制备方法的探索,并加入含双键和氨基的UCNPs,采用共价键结合法将无机纳米颗粒与NG复合后,构建了UCNP-NG(上转换纳米凝胶)。研究结果表明:氨基有利于后续光敏剂的吸附,从而可形成稳定的UCNP-Ce6-NG(含光敏剂Ce6的上转换纳米凝胶);NG明显改善了UCNPs的水溶性,提高了UCNP-NG的稳定性和生物相容性;该UCNP-NG无毒、环保且比表面积较大,在生物医学等方面具有潜在的应用价值。
A one-pot emulsion polymerization was used to design and synthesize nano-gel system containing UCNPs (up-conversion nanoparticles).
