格林—巴利综合征(GBS)是一组急性或亚急性发病,病理改变为周围神经炎性脱髓鞘,临床表现为四肢对称性、弛缓性瘫痪的自身免疫性疾病。GBS多呈单向病程,目前对其不同病程中电生理诊断特点等方面的研究不多。为此,将15例GBS在运动神经传导速度(MCV)、腓肠神经感觉传导速度(SCV)、F波和针极肌电图检测的结果进行回顾分析,报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料共15例GBS患者,男8例,女7例,年龄14~
Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is a group of autoimmune diseases with acute or subacute pathogenesis, pathological changes of peripheral neuroinflammation and clinical manifestations of limb symmetry and flaccid paralysis. GBS mostly unidirectional course of disease, the current study of its different stages of electrophysiological characteristics of diagnosis and much more.
