以滨莱高速公路扩建工程与齐长城遗址相交为背景,对比了路线穿越齐长城遗址的不同方式,认为以隧道形式通过齐长城是保护文物的最优方案。对结构支护参数及施工方案进行了研究,运用Midas/GTS有限元分析软件模拟隧道施工的全过程,对拱顶和地表沉降进行分析,并提出设计要点。结果表明,选用的结构支护参数和双侧壁导坑法施工方案是合理的,可以减小隧道开挖过程中文物的沉降值;采用复合式路面并增加柔性基层,有利于减小隧道运营期间文物的振动速度。
Based on the intersection of Binlai Expressway and Qi Changcheng site, the author compares different ways of crossing the site of Qi Changcheng. It is concluded that tunneling through Qi Great Wall is the best solution for the protection of cultural relics. The structure support parameters and construction scheme are studied. The whole process of tunnel construction is simulated by the software of Midas / GTS, the vault and ground settlement are analyzed, and the design points are proposed. The results show that the selection of structural support parameters and the construction plan of double-side-wall pilot pit method are reasonable, which can reduce the settlement value of cultural relics during the tunnel excavation process. The use of composite pavement and the addition of flexible grass-roots can reduce tunnel operation Cultural relics during the vibration speed.
