目的 探讨中学教师心理健康状况及其与学生心理健康水平的关系。方法 应用SCL-90对790名中学生和192名教师进行调查和测试。结果 中学教师心理健康状况总体良好,有小部分教师存在轻度不良反应,只有极个别的存在明显的心理健康问题,较多地体现在躯体化和强迫症状两方面,男教师的心理健康状况显著优于女教师;中学师生心理健康状况之间存在负相关,其中教师的躯体化和抑郁两项因子分与学生的SCL-90量表总得分及其各项因子分显著相关。结论 中学教师心理健康状况总体良好,中学师生心理健康状况之间呈现不一致的关系,显著地体现在教师的躯体化和抑郁两项因子与学生心理健康状况的关系上。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental health of middle school teachers and their mental health. Methods SCL-90 was used to investigate and test 790 middle school students and 192 teachers. Results The mental health status of middle school teachers was generally good. A small number of teachers had mild adverse reactions. Only a few individuals had obvious mental health problems, which were more manifested in somatization and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The mental health status of male teachers was significant There was a negative correlation between the mental health status of teachers and students in middle schools. Teachers ’somatization and depression scores were significantly related to students’ SCL-90 total score and its various factors. Conclusion The mental health status of middle school teachers is generally good, and the mental health status of teachers and students in secondary schools shows an inconsistent relationship, which is obviously reflected in the relationship between the two factors of somatization and depression and the mental health of students.
