近年来,多数变电站都已改造成综合自动化系统,但一些年代较久的电磁型变电站,短期内无法实现全面的升级改造,仍需延续使用传统的RTU式监控。由于缺少备品,一旦监控系统故障,将给电力运行带来重大危害。针对萧山地区某电磁型变电站RTU系统遥测部分的故障实例,提出一种局部改造站内监控系统的方法,为类似变电站的缺陷处理提供了思路。
In recent years, most substations have been transformed into integrated automation systems. However, some older electromagnetic substations can not be fully upgraded in the short term, and the traditional RTU monitoring needs to be continued. Due to the lack of spare parts, once the monitoring system failure, will bring great harm to the power operation. Aiming at the fault example of telemetry part of RTU system in a certain electromagnetic substation in Xiaoshan area, a method of partial rebuilding station monitoring system is proposed, which provides a way of thinking for the similar substation defect processing.
