目的:探讨婴幼儿哮喘IL-4和WN-γ与IgE的关系。方法哮喘患儿20例,男女各10例,正常对照组15例,男8例,女7例。抽静脉血,用ELISA方法检测血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IgE水平,并对检测结果进行统计学处理。结果20例哮喘息儿和15例正常儿童血清IL-4水平分别为123.28±61.33ng/L和53.82±19.88ng/L(P<0.01),IFN-γ分别为703.21±496.06ng/L和1575.10±690.69ng/L(P<0.01),IL-4/IFN-γ为0.18±0.12和0.06±0.04(P<0.01),lgE水平分别为782.24±441.96kU/L,176.51±82.72kU/L(P<0.01)。直线相关分析结果表明,IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-4/IFN-γ与IgE呈显著相关性,IL-4与IFN-γ呈显著负相关。结论哮喘患儿血中IL-4、IgE和IL-4/IFN-γ值明显升高,而IFN-γ则显著降低;IL-4和IFN-γ失衡及IgE升高在婴幼儿哮喘发病中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between IL-4, WN-γ and IgE in infant asthma. Methods Twenty children with asthma were included, 10 males and females, 15 normal controls, 8 males and 7 females. Venous blood was collected and the levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IgE in serum were detected by ELISA, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Serum levels of IL-4 in 20 asthmatic children and 15 normal children were 123.28 ± 61.33 ng / L and 53.82 ± 19.88 ng / L, respectively (P <0.01), and IFN-γ was 703. 21 ± 496.06ng / L and 1575.10 ± 690.69ng / L respectively (P <0.01), IL-4 / IFN-γ was 0.18 ± 0.12 and 0.06 ± 0.04 ), LgE levels were 782.24 ± 441.96kU / L, 176.51 ± 82.72kU / L (P <0.01). Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-4 / IFN-γ and IgE, and there was a significant negative correlation between IL-4 and IFN-γ. Conclusion The levels of IL-4, IgE and IL-4 / IFN-γ in the blood of asthmatic children were significantly increased, while the levels of IFN-γ were significantly decreased. The imbalance of IL-4 and IFN-γ and the elevation of IgE in asthmatic children makes an important impact.
