陶瓷钢板是一种既象钢铁那样坚硬又象瓷一样耐高温,耐腐蚀的复合材料。 陶瓷钢板是日本金属材料研究所研制成功的。它基于一种不锈钢在真空加热时,其中所含的陶瓷成份(碳化钛)可析出表面的特性而制成的。在不锈钢表面析出的陶瓷层厚达5000A。再在上面活性蒸镀一层 10μm厚的碳化钛陶瓷,于是就使钢铁与陶瓷紧密粘合在一起,制成了陶瓷钢板。
