奥沙利铂(oxaliplatin,L-OHP)是第三代铂类化疗药,机理与DDP相同,FOLFOX4 2001年以来也是国内外治疗进展期胃癌最常用新方案之一。为进一步评价L-OHP在局部进展期胃癌中的疗效,观察了驻马店市中心医院肿瘤科2004年4月至2009年4月住院进展期胃癌患者84例,随机分为试验组:FOLFOX4
Oxaliplatin (L-OHP) is the third-generation platinum chemotherapeutic drug with the same mechanism as DDP. FOLFOX4 is one of the most commonly used new regimens for treating advanced gastric cancer both at home and abroad since 2001. To further evaluate the efficacy of L-OHP in locally advanced gastric cancer, 84 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted from April 2004 to April 2009 in Zhumadian Central Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group: FOLFOX4
