微波辐射对人体健康的影响、对重要器官及神经系统的损害等,在国内外已有许多报道。近些年来,微波辐射与三致作用的关系也引起人们的重视。本试验采用 Ames 方法对微波辐射致突变性进行了研究,现报告如下。材料与方法选用 TA100、TA98菌株(取自中国医科大学),不加 S_9,微波辐射由上海无线电二十六厂生产的微波扫频信号发生器、微波功率放大器及发射天线产生。选取0.4~1.0GHZ 及2.0~3.5GHZ 的微波频段,将两频段分成25个频率点,分别以各频率点作为发射源,将试验平皿照射1h,其辐射功率在给定
The impact of microwave radiation on human health, the damage to vital organs and the nervous system, etc., have been reported at home and abroad. In recent years, the relationship between microwave radiation and trigeminy also attracted people’s attention. The test using Ames method of mutagenicity of microwave radiation were studied, are as follows. MATERIALS AND METHODS TA100 and TA98 strains (from China Medical University) were selected without S_9. Microwave radiation was generated by a microwave sweep signal generator, a microwave power amplifier and a transmitting antenna produced by Shanghai Radio 26 Factory. Select the microwave frequency band of 0.4 ~ 1.0GHZ and 2.0 ~ 3.5GHZ, the two bands are divided into 25 frequency points, respectively, as the frequency of the launch point, the experimental dish irradiation 1h, the radiation power given
