主席、各位委员、各位同志:我向省府委员会报告福建省人民银行一年来的工作。一、建立机构方面,迄今为止,全省已建立了八十五个人行机构,一个保险分公司及其厦门办事处,并使六个中国银行在新的政策方针指导下恢复与开展了业务。这对于扩展金融阵地和保证国家财经统一上是起了相当大的作用。回忆开始进入福建时仅仅以一百二十多个银行干部接管这样一个复杂的省区,并要迅速的开展工作,是有极大困难的。但由于正确执行了中央关于团结旧有员工与青年知识分子的政策,以及各地党政的大力帮助,使我们有可能在短短的时间内完成了总行给予普遍 PRESIDENT, COMMITTEE, COMMITTEE: I have reported to the Provincial Committee on the work done by the PBC for a year.
