目的:观察痹清胶囊对尿酸钠(MSU)诱导的大鼠急性痛风性关节炎的防治作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:用MSU诱导大鼠痛风性关节炎,观测血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达的改变。测定肿胀的足组织中前列腺素(PGE_2)的含量。结果:痹清胶囊可以明显降低炎症组织中的PGE_2含量,下调滑膜组织中VCAM-1表达。结论:痹清胶囊治疗痛风性关节炎可能与降低炎症组织中的PGE_2含量,下调滑膜组织中VCAM-1表达有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Lanqing Capsule on acute gouty arthritis induced by sodium uric acid (MSU) in rats, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods: Rats with gouty arthritis were induced with MSU and the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) was observed. The content of prostaglandin (PGE_2) in the swollen foot tissue was measured. RESULTS: Minqing Capsule can significantly reduce the content of PGE 2 in inflammation tissue and down-regulate the expression of VCAM-1 in synovial tissue. Conclusion: The treatment of gouty arthritis by Minqing Capsule may be related to the decrease of PGE 2 content in inflammation tissue and down-regulation of VCAM-1 expression in synovial tissue.
