通过在石曰港工程设计中采用的高强钢丝束后张子应力混凝土梁及其在施工中的压载试验,发现现行港口工程技术规范中的《混凝土和钢筋混凝土(设计部分)JTJ220—82》规范(以下简称《港工规范》)存在下述主要问题: 一、关于抗裂标准问题《港工规范》第6、3、1条规定、对予应力构件其正截面抗裂按下式验算: K_fσ≤σ_h+γ_sR_f………………(1) 式中:K_f——抗裂安全系数σ——在设计荷载作用下混凝土受拉边缘的法向应力
Through the high-strength steel beam post-tensioned concrete beam used in engineering design of Shiqi Port, and its ballast test during construction, it was found in the current port engineering technical specification “Concrete and reinforced concrete (design part) JTJ220-82” The following major problems exist in the Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Port Worker Code”): 1. The standards for anti-cracking, “No.6, 3, and 1 of the Rules for Port Engineering”, and the verification of the normal section crack resistance of prestressed components : K_fσ≤σ_h+γ_sR_f..................
