目的探讨胃癌根治术中解剖剪锐性清扫No.12a组淋巴结的可行性。方法行全胃癌D2根治手术患者243例,术中均应用解剖剪进行No.12a组淋巴结清扫。结果本组患者术中清扫No.12a组淋巴结(2.2±0.6)个,淋巴结清扫时间(3.5±1.5)min;其中淋巴结转移率14.4%(35/243),无胆囊坏死、胆漏、术后黄疸、术后出血等并发症发生。结论胃癌根治术中解剖剪锐性清扫No.12a组淋巴结安全、可行。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of dissecting the acute lymph node dissection in No.12a group during radical operation of gastric cancer. Methods Totally 243 patients undergoing radical resection with D2 gastric cancer were treated with dissection scissors for No.12a lymph node dissection. Results The number of lymph nodes in No.12a group (2.2 ± 0.6) and the lymph node dissection time (3.5 ± 1.5) min were achieved in this group. The rate of lymph node metastasis was 14.4% (35/243), no gallbladder necrosis, Jaundice, postoperative complications such as bleeding. Conclusion Anatomical dissection and sharp dissection in gastric cancer radical operation No.12a lymph node group is safe and feasible.
