在空军机务人员中,关节痛与腰痛发生较多。从559例该类病人调查的结果来看,该病的发生与下列因素有关:气候因素:寒冷、潮湿与发病有密切关系。处在北方的机场,发病率较南方为高;寒冷季节里发病率也增高;外厂机务人员常在露天下工作,所以发病率较内厂为高。工作强度:检修飞机时,多采取屈膝跪立、弯腰等姿势,易致膝肘关节及腰部疲劳。按机种维护工作的繁简不同,发病率也有所不同。精神因素:机务人员长期处于紧张的工作环境中,加之关节痛之发生较多,在机务人员中普遍有恐怖情绪,医务人员又没有适当的解释,也促进了该病的发生。根据上述发病因素,对诊断和治疗提出建议如
